A neighborhood with award winning buildings such as the VM Houses and the Mountain Dwelling by Bjarke Ingels Group, The Tietgen Dormitory, Royal Arena, Ørestad High School, Ørestad School, Hotel Bella Sky Comwell, Stævnen (the Bow) and the 8House – part of Bjarke Ingels triology in Ørestad. The 8House has a prime location to Kalvebod Common. Kalvebod Common is a huge nature reserve with great plains, light and abundant wildlife. Nowhere else in Europe is a nature reserve of this size so close to a metropolitan area.
